Client Consultation
SL three design group can assist in all aspects of design for your proposed project. Every project will start with a design consultation to establish a client’s design brief in order to establish ideas and requirements for the proposed space and to provide rough sketch options.
Planning
If chosen to turn your ideas into reality our team of designers and technicians will carryout a measurement survey of your property to create accurate computer aided drawings (CAD) of the existing and proposed property in order to complete a planning package to be submitted to the appropriate planning office.
Building Control
After planning has been approved our architectural technicians will provide full technical working drawings for building control certification and approval.
Interior Design
Once all building works are complete and signed off out clients can choose to use our interior designers to style their new space. The interior designers will assist you on colour schemes, furniture ideas and lighting arrangements.
Fully Fitted Kitchens

BUILDING PRESERVATION

Energy performance solutions and certificates
If you are selling or renting your property you are now required by law to have an energy performance certificate (EPC). Our surveyors are qualified domestic energy assessors who can provide this service.
